Even though sun was shining today, it went dark at 16:00. Yesterday it was gray and rainy and still dark at 12:00 and pitchdark around 15:00. Actually pretty strange since I was not used to this early darkness from Gothenburg and regarding the fact of just being 350km further up north I did not expect it to be much darker in winter. On the other hand, we are almost at 60 degrees north of the equator, so things get a bit darker here in winter. ;)
…still waiting for the snow since temperatures are between 5 and 10 degrees celsius it feels like spring and some trees also believe that spring is coming. Only good thing are the still magnificent sunsets. But they probably would also be great with snow.

It’s a good thing you don’t live in the UK then. Dark and dingy all day every day, raining everyday, no snow, no great sunset. You’d serious die here… infact I don’t know how I have survived this long myself.
